Welcome, and thank you for using twinkleDot. These Terms of Use define the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between twinkleDot and its users.

Article 1. Purpose

These terms describe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service operator and members regarding all functions and related services provided by twinkleDot.

Article 2. Definitions

  • Service means twinkleDot and related services available on any supported device.
  • Member means a user who accesses the service, agrees to these terms, and uses the service provided by the operator.
  • Post means text, images, audio, video, files, or links uploaded by a member while using the service.

Article 3. Posting and Revision of Terms

The operator publishes these terms on the service's initial screen or this page and may revise them within the scope permitted by law. Revised terms are announced in advance with the effective date and reason for revision.

Article 4. Service Agreement

A service agreement is formed when an applicant agrees to these terms, submits a registration request, and the operator accepts the request. Acceptance may be refused or revoked if the service may be used for unlawful purposes.

Article 5. Member Obligations

Members must not engage in the following actions.

  • Registering false information when applying or changing account details
  • Stealing or using someone else's information
  • Arbitrarily changing posted information or interfering with normal service operation
  • Infringing the intellectual property rights of the operator or third parties
  • Damaging the reputation of the operator or third parties, or interfering with their work
  • Violating laws, these terms, notices, or precautions announced by the operator

Article 6. Copyright of Posts

Copyright in posts uploaded by members belongs to the author of the post. However, by uploading a post to the service, the member is deemed to grant the operator the rights necessary to display and distribute the post within the service.

Article 7. Termination and Restrictions

Members may request termination of the service agreement at any time through their settings page, and the operator shall process the request promptly. Upon termination, profile and account information are removed immediately unless retention is required by law.

Article 8. Disclaimer

The operator is not liable when the service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters. The operator is also not responsible for service issues caused by the member's own fault.
